Gender Equality Is Fun — My Poster for Tomorrow Selection

I created “Gender Equality is Fun” as a way to explore a lighter, more optimistic approach to gender discourse. Instead of confronting the viewer with tension or division, I wanted to offer a smile — literally.

By turning the traditional gender symbols into a joyful face, I aimed to communicate that equality doesn’t have to be framed in conflict. It can be simple, human, and emotionally accessible to everyone. A shared idea, not an imposed one.

This piece was selected among more than 3,000 entries from 105 countries in the international Posters for Tomorrow 2012competition. It was an honor to have it exhibited at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, thanks to the City of Paris, UNESCO, and Les Arts Décoratifs.

For me, design is a tool to bridge — not divide.
